- When you order online
on our website, your credit card transactions are very

| Shipping Information |
|
| We normally ship within 24 hours upon receipt
of order. We do not charge your credit card until the day
the item actually ships. Special orders, custom or made
to order items are charged during order placement. Our
standard shipment method is UPS Ground. Please allow about
7 to 10 days for your order to arrive. Some orders with
multiple items are not always shipped in the same box or
on the same day. In that case, the shipping charge for
the entire order is billed once, when the first item is
shipped. Some large and oversized items are made to order
and shipped direct from the manufacturer; these items normally
take longer to ship. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for these orders. |

| Damaged Items
- We do our best to prevent damages, but occasionally
items get damaged during shipment. If an item arrives
damaged, please notify us within 24 hours so that a claim
can be processed. Please keep the damaged item and the
original packing materials for inspection. Without this,
we will be unable to process your claim for an exchange
or refund |

Guarantee – We want you
to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not happy with the item you purchased, please return
it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please be aware
that many of our products are hand-made and that each hand
made piece is unique and has variations in color and finish
and may not be an exact duplicate of the web image. |

Returns – For any returns, please
contact customer service either by email or by phone to
obtain a Return Authorization Number. For your own protection,
carefully pack the items in their original packing material,
include a copy of your original receipt, return authorization
number and insure the package for the value of the order.
